About Celina
Credentials
My work has been shaped by years of study across depth psychology, somatics, functional nutrition, coaching, ecology, and nature-based education, as well as by the equally important roles of artist and mother. These influences have taught me to value complexity, creativity, embodiment, and relationship as essential aspects of human development. The result is an integrative approach that honors the psychological, physical, relational, and ecological dimensions of growth while remaining grounded in lived experience, curiosity, and the uniqueness of each person's path.

Beyond Credentials
While my formal training shapes my work, much of what makes my approach unique comes from an uncommon ability to track what I call the Movement of The Psyche.
Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, and an understanding of interpersonal neurobiology, I pay close attention to the subtle movements that occur beneath the surface of a conversation. As clients speak, I am often tracking not only what is being consciously expressed, but also the parts of the psyche that remain outside of awareness. This is not intuition, mind-reading, or diagnosis. Rather, it is the ability to perceive patterns, tensions, polarities, and emerging movements within a person's internal system.
I tend to see people as complex constellations rather than linear problems to be solved. Years of study across depth psychology, embodiment, psychodrama, wilderness tracking, and human development have strengthened my capacity to hold complexity without rushing toward simplification, pathology, or premature solutions. Instead of asking, "What's wrong?" I am often asking, "What is trying to emerge?"
My work is particularly valuable for individuals who have already spent time in therapy, coaching, or personal development and find themselves wanting something deeper. Many of my clients arrive feeling that they understand their story intellectually, yet sense that there are unseen dynamics still shaping their lives. Through dialogue, expressive processes, and somatic exploration, we bring these movements into awareness where they can be engaged consciously rather than unconsciously.
The goal is not insight for its own sake. The goal is a deeper relationship with yourself, greater psychological flexibility, and a more authentic expression of who you are becoming.
Interested in Collaborating?
I believe no single modality, profession, or person holds the whole picture. I deeply value collaboration and believe some of the most meaningful work emerges when passionate people bring their perspectives, skills, and experiences together. I am always interested in connecting with therapists, coaches, educators, artists, facilitators, guides, and other professionals who are committed to creating spaces that support human growth, self-discovery, creativity, and deeper relationship with the world around us.
If you have an idea for a workshop, retreat, training, community event, immersive experience, or another collaborative offering, I'd love to hear from you. Please reach out and share what you're envisioning.
